If we’re going to do a series on demystifying the Holy Spirit, we have to start by acknowledging that the Holy Spirit is mystifying. The Holy Spirit is mystifying and disorienting, but also the Holy Spirit is here. How can we engage with the Holy Spirit in a way that doesn’t ask us to check our brains at the door? What if we could start by simply embracing the mystery of the Spirit?
